Nominations are now open for the Art of Listening and Art of Reporting Awards.
Art of Listening – Honors a health professional who is a caring, receptive professional in the lives of individuals and families living with genetic conditions.
Art of Reporting – Honors a reporter or journalist who reports fairly and impartially about developments in genetics and the impact of these discoveries on people’s lives.
If you would like to nominate an individual (or individuals) whom you feel meets the qualifications for the Art of Listening or Art of Reporting Awards please submit the following completed nomination in full by Friday, May 2, 2008 by email at tmurza@geneticalliance.org or fax at (202) 966-8553. All winners will be notified by Wednesday, May 14.

The winners will be honored at the Genetic Alliance 2008 Annual Conference: Transformational Leadership at the Saturday awards banquet, on Saturday, July 12th, 2008 at the Bethesda North Marriot in Rockville, Maryland.
